Treasure of the trip. 

拾った石ですが、黒曜石です。

黒くてやわらかい石です。

They are stones I picked up; Obsidian.

Black but soft and smooth.

いつになってもこうやって木登りしたり、
小さい花を見つけたりして遊んでいたいな。

My all time adventure is to climb trees and find small flowers anywhere I am :)

この教会すごく好きです。

カトリックですが、モダンな建築で、とても進歩的です。

I came to like this church a lot.

It is catholic,  but seems modern and very progressive.

まず最初、入り口に入るとすぐに、

キース・ヘリングのアートを中心にしたエイズのメモリアルがあります。

First at entrance, you will notice AIDS memorial with Keith Haring and other artists

そして教会の扉を開けると・・ and you open the door of the church,

 

 

色の付いた紐が、光が差しているように見えます。

床にはLabyrinthsが描かれています。

(Labyrinthsの訳がわからない・・道を辿ってぐるぐる歩きながら瞑想ができるスペース・・言葉足らずでごめんなさい

どこに進むか自分ではわからないけど、歩けば道は必ず導いてくれる)

Labyrinths: you can walk and meditate by following the unknown route which will take you to a place if you let you walk. )

なんと不思議な10日間！！

アメリカ＠ミシシッピに来ています。

思わぬところから出張の話が入り、インドから30時間かけてやってきました。

希望が通って、休暇をもらったので（やった！）、

いとしのサンフランシスコに寄ってきました。

数日間ですがおいしい空気と海と緑の愛に包まれて、

エネルギーチャージ、リフレッシュ✧✧

サンフランシスコは3回目、留学中に遊びに来て、気に入ってしまったので、
ヨーガを習いに来たのも、結局この辺りです。

丘と山と海があり、海風が心地よく～、

簡単にハッピーになっちゃいます。

ごはんがうまいー！！栄養満点！ということで、

What a trip!

I am in Mississippi, US. 

It is not exactly what I though was my job role, 

but I had to travel for business here, so all the way via Paris, I flew to US from India. 

Not a surprise, it took 30 hours.

And soo luckily, I earned a few days of holidays here (Jai!), 

so YES, I came to my lovely San Francisco.

Clear air, ocean and green nature filled me much energy and feeling of love and peace.
I am so refreshed! 

 

My 1^st time visit in San Francisco was while I was studying in Texas A&M, I immediately found this is my kind of place!  So later on I came to learn Yoga around here. 

Hills, mountains, and beach, and soothing ocean breeze and taste of hippie …they all are mostly what I need to live happily!

I had such a delicious and nutritious vegan food ever, so I can’t help keeping it only within me, so let me share with you all. You can find the website by clicking the name of the restaurant’s name.

アヴォガドがうれしー（インドでは1個700縁もするので手が届かない） 
One piece of avocado in India cost 7$ so I have to have it. Eating local food is the best!

Kids Yoga

今日は３６度。一週間で５度ずつ上がる勢いです。

デリー灼熱の夏が来る・・

Its 97F here. It's just a beginning of burning summer..

さて、今日は久しぶりにキッズヨガでした。

So, today I took a class of Kids Yoga after a while from last time.

写真はデリーのシヴァナンダヨガ教室ですが、壁の色が塗り直してあり、

床を板張りに変わり、後は新しい絵や写真を飾ってあって、ますます輝いています。

The photo is Asana room of Sivananda Yoga Vedanta Center in Delhi.

Newly painted wall, new wooden floor, pictures and art, all these shows Karma Yogi's pure serve to the center and the people coming here. So shining. Every corner is cleaned up and organized.

こんなサトヴィックな空間でクラスができることは幸せだ。

It's a great honor to be part of it and take the class.

キッズヨガはベテランの先生から少しずつ教わっていて、

今日は代行でした。

I am learning to guide Kids Yoga little by little from the excellent senior teacher, and

today was her substitute.

キルタン（チャンティング）と、ヨガアーサナと、アートの時間に分けています。

こどもたちも立派なヨギー。

あふれるプラーナをコントロールすることを楽しく学びます。

Chanting Kirtan, Yoga Asana, and Art time consists the clasee.

Children is Yogi !

 They learn how to control prana by fun activities of Yoga.

 新しいバジャンを覚えたり、

ナヴァラトリにちなんで想像の女神様の絵を描きました。

 Today we sing new bajhan, and it's Navaratri season, so we drew imaginative goddess.

いやいや、１５人の子どもたち、元気あり過ぎ！

あたしも暑さに負けてらんないわ。

 Anyways, each 15 kid has got a LOT of energy!

 I also cannot be beaten by the this hot weather.
