We'Moon

We'moonて女性 "Woman"のことだそうです。
今年から使っている手帳の名前です。
月のことがとても詳しく載っているのですが、
気に入っているのは、女性たちが描いた絵や詩が手帳に散りばめられているところ。
 They say We'moon means "Woman".

This is a diary I start to use from this year.

My favorite part is that every page has inspirational drawings and poems by women.

普段、細かく手帳に書き込まないのですが、
何かピント来た時に開いて、メッセージをもらっています。
 I don't usually write down memo but when I have some idea, open it, and receive the message.

それで開いたページ。

So, here is the page of the day.

Changing Woman

おぉ。はい　今の私のことだ・・と思いました
そして、この滝から流れる水・・

Oh.. right, it is me.

And this water from the waterfall....

ウッタラカシにいる師に会いにいくことを決めて、電話したところでした。
そしたら電話越しにガンジス川の水の流れを聞かせてくださり、
癒やされていました・・ありがとうガジャナナンジ。

It was just about after I decided to travel to Uttarkashi to see my Gurus and made a phone call.

Then, he let me hear the sound of Ganga river, how calming it is.

Thank you Gajananan ji.

そして、その旅の出発の日がどんな日かな？と思ってページを開いてみると、
新月でした。

And I wondered what kind of moon day my departure is.

The calendar says, it is new moon in Cancer.

新月の度にきっと私たち女性は生まれ変わるんだと思う。

そして この宇宙にあるものは、ひとつの真理を除いて、

みんな変容していくのです。

We women change in every moon.

So does all the universe except for one truth.

受け入れることがはじめの一歩。

The first step is to accept that.

真っ暗な夜に、ガンジスの水に導かれて、旅してきます。

At the darkest night,  I will be traveling towards the source of Ganga.

Yoga Pants !

とある人には道場着のようだと言われましたが、確かに！笑　

ヨガでも白いパンツが純粋さを象徴する色としてよく着られています。
Somebody said this looks like Japanese martial arts uniform, 
but that would not be too wrong! 

Clean, comfortable and practical. In yoga also, white is popular color symbolizing the purity.

で、このパンツ、
オーロヴィルという南インドのスピリチュアルな村の家族と一緒に創りました。

（この村については、昨年ここにすでに少し書きましたが、詳しくはまた）
So these pants, I made with a family in Auroville, a spiritual town in South India. 

(I already wrote about this town here only a little bit, but later more.)

自分のエネルギーが創作活動に大きく向い始めたころに、 

そんな素敵な村をたまたま見つけて（でも結構有名ですが）、

少しずつ形になりました。

道場着よりは工夫されてかわいくなっています。
When my energy by itself tuned in towards creative activity more, I happened to find this beautiful town (it is quite popular though), and little by little, it has been shaped up. 
These pants are a bit more kawaii, cuter than martial arts uniform.

インドに居て、様々な機会に恵まれている気がします。どばーっとやってきて、
えー私がいいのかー？と思いつつ、思いっきり、
できる範囲で喜んでやっています♡♡
In India or lately, I luckily receive more opportunities to be creative. 
They just come all of sudden, and with much gratitude, I try to receive them and do my best in my own way happily.

It is creation from blessing of nature and warmth of people's hands. Each one of them is made with love. Circle of smile, to you & from you______We hand crafted the yoga pants by weaving certified organic cotton grown in South India. Cotton is durable, high in breathability and water absorption, which is most suitable for yoga wear. Hand-weaving makes the touch so soft, gentle and smooth. We carefully chose the yarn so as not to see through in white color.

Waist is ready to fit with an easy drawstring. Sizes are loose fitting to move comfortably in a motions like yoga.  The design is functional and stylish with rectangle pockets in the front, for a  sharp line on the thigh area and the back fake pockets make the hip line nice and curvy.

Because of heat, I can't sleep well, so I spent more time on reading.

ヴェーダンタと重なる部分もたくさんあります。

こういう本を読むと、道はたくさんあるが、向かう先はひとつなんだと再確認します。

翻訳がまた素晴しい。

Quite a few lines are overlapped with Vedanta.

This book is one of the kinds that tells you there are many ways but goal is one.

( Japanese translator did superb job! )

あの楽器の音、あの声を聞いたときの、

あの日、あの場所の、あの時の感動を

思い出させ、それが一体なんだったのか、

なるほどと思わせる節がいくつもでてきます。 

It recall me of that sound of instrument, that voice, that thrill on that day and the place,

and make me understand the nature of law to cause them.

ヨガをする人はもちろん、すべてのアーティストにおすすめ。

I would recommend this book to all the artist as well as yoga practitioner.

旅の宝物 

Treasure of the trip. 

拾った石ですが、黒曜石です。

黒くてやわらかい石です。

They are stones I picked up; Obsidian.

Black but soft and smooth.

いつになってもこうやって木登りしたり、
小さい花を見つけたりして遊んでいたいな。

My all time adventure is to climb trees and find small flowers anywhere I am :)

この教会すごく好きです。

カトリックですが、モダンな建築で、とても進歩的です。

I came to like this church a lot.

It is catholic,  but seems modern and very progressive.

まず最初、入り口に入るとすぐに、

キース・ヘリングのアートを中心にしたエイズのメモリアルがあります。

First at entrance, you will notice AIDS memorial with Keith Haring and other artists

色の付いた紐が、光が差しているように見えます。

(Labyrinthsの訳がわからない・・道を辿ってぐるぐる歩きながら瞑想ができるスペース・・言葉足らずでごめんなさい

どこに進むか自分ではわからないけど、歩けば道は必ず導いてくれる)

Labyrinths: you can walk and meditate by following the unknown route which will take you to a place if you let you walk. )

なんと不思議な10日間！！

アメリカ＠ミシシッピに来ています。

思わぬところから出張の話が入り、インドから30時間かけてやってきました。

希望が通って、休暇をもらったので（やった！）、

いとしのサンフランシスコに寄ってきました。

数日間ですがおいしい空気と海と緑の愛に包まれて、

エネルギーチャージ、リフレッシュ✧✧

サンフランシスコは3回目、留学中に遊びに来て、気に入ってしまったので、
ヨーガを習いに来たのも、結局この辺りです。

丘と山と海があり、海風が心地よく～、

簡単にハッピーになっちゃいます。

ごはんがうまいー！！栄養満点！ということで、

What a trip!

I am in Mississippi, US. 

It is not exactly what I though was my job role, 

but I had to travel for business here, so all the way via Paris, I flew to US from India. 

Not a surprise, it took 30 hours.

And soo luckily, I earned a few days of holidays here (Jai!), 

so YES, I came to my lovely San Francisco.

Clear air, ocean and green nature filled me much energy and feeling of love and peace.
I am so refreshed! 

 

My 1^st time visit in San Francisco was while I was studying in Texas A&M, I immediately found this is my kind of place!  So later on I came to learn Yoga around here. 

Hills, mountains, and beach, and soothing ocean breeze and taste of hippie …they all are mostly what I need to live happily!

I had such a delicious and nutritious vegan food ever, so I can’t help keeping it only within me, so let me share with you all. You can find the website by clicking the name of the restaurant’s name.
