｡ﾟ+..｡ﾟ+.新月と満月のRed Tent - Moon Meditationのお誘い..｡ﾟ+..｡ﾟ+

女性と月の満ち欠けは深いつながりがあります。

潮が満ちる満月の日、私たちのココロは豊かに溢れ、実るとき。

潮が引いて真っ暗な新月の日、ココロは内に向かい、静かな始まりのとき。

平日が新月の場合は、 

グルガオンの公園にある素敵なカフェで、ココロを鎮めて音楽を聞いたり、

瞑想したり。
個々に前の月を振り返ってみたり、
来る月をどのように過ごしたいかを思い浮かべる時間を取った後、

栄養たっぷりの優しいごはんで満たして解散します。

（食事はオプショナル。ご自身のご都合に合わせて。）

７時前～８時過ぎまで（お店が８時で閉まるため）

あっという間の時間になります。

特に、何か個人的なことを無理に公にする必要はありません。

大事なのは、自分をケアしたい、と思う女性たちが集うところで、

支えやつながりを感じるられることです。
安心して、そのままの自分でいられる集まりになるように努めています。

土日に新月がくる場合は、グルガオンの自宅を

Red Tentにして、もう少し時間をかけて上記のワークを行います。

ヨガ・ダンス・絵・ものづくり・お灸・お料理・・・など、ゲストを呼んで

女性として強くしなやかに生きるための知恵を共有しあうようなプログラムも考えています。

お茶とお菓子を囲んで、有意義なときを過ごしましょう。

満月のときは、週中、週末に限らず、

ギャラリアマーケット近くの友人宅で行います。
（こちらはインド人の女性たちが参加していて、英語で行っています。すごく素敵なグループです♡）

Sivaratri

２月１７日の今日は、シヴァラトリです。

年に二度あるシヴァ神の祭典。

何日もかけて裸足でガンジス川まで歩いて聖なる水を汲みに行く人がたくさんいます。

 

17th February, today was Sivaratri.

It happens twice a year, worshipping Siva.

You see here many people go walk on foot and take holy water from Ganges River.

そんな今日は、シヴァナンダヨガセンターに行って、

クラスを受けて、プージャのお手伝いを少ししてきました。
 
（Shiva-Ratriはシヴァの夜ーということで、

チャンティング＆ダンスはオールナイトです）

コスミックダンサーのシヴァ神！

Such an auspicious day today I could nourish myself at SIvananda Yoga Center, 

joining Asana class, preparing for Sivaratri Pooja.

( Siva-ratri is Siva night in Sanskrit, and such a vibrant celebration and a

dancing and chanting all night indeed ! )

Yes, that is because Siva is a cosmic dancer :)


さて、プージャの準備はお供えに使う、ボールに山盛り一杯の花びらをちぎるのですが、

（オレンジや黄色のカーネーションがすごく良い香り！）

黙々とした作業・・このところ、決められないことがあり、 

つい考え事してしまって、一人の世界に入ってしまったわたし。

Om Namah Sivaya〜♪と歌いながら

 Karoona Deviがすぐ側に座っているのに気づかなかったのです〜

 心をここに戻しなさい、 

と引き寄せてくれた感じでした。

So here is another story.

For pooja, I was making  a bowl of flower petals by opening flowers into pieces. 

( the natural incense of colorful carnation flower was unforgettable and  intoxicating )

I was quiet and focused in a way but my mind was somewhere in a loop of ideas I have been trying to decide lately.

Then I did not hear a beautiful Karna Devi sits right besides me and singing "Om Namah SIvaya~"

 

God told me through her,

"I will do it together, so bring your soul to your work."

行いは、結果でなくて取り組み方、ということですね。 

それから、インドの大家族の女性たちが、家事や子守など

仕事を分けあってする、習慣のことも思い出しました。

すてきな、ある意味自然なことです。

"Work is not the result, but how you do it."

Also, it reminded me of how sisters and young and grand mothers in Indian joined family work together and support each other.

After a while, 2 more ladies came in and joined us.

We chanted a hymn of Om Namah Sivaya together, and offered the work to Siva.

そしたら、生徒さんかな後二人の女性も一緒にやらせて、と集まってきて。

チャンティングしながらお花を囲んで、Sivaにこの行いを捧げることができました。

Contentment.

Learned again the beauty of work.

 

こうやって、どこにいても、

SisterhoodやWomanhoodのつながりに助けられている今日この頃です。
 
そういうことを実感し始めてから・・数ヶ月前、ちょうどあるコースに出逢いました。

TanishkaによるRed Tent Facilitator Courseです。

明後日の満月より始まります。

Red Tentは新月の女性の集まり。女性たちの知恵が分かち合える場なのです！

Like this,  I have been reminded of importance of sisterhood and feminine friendships these days.
Since then I have encountered a very interesting course. Red Tent Facilitator Course by Tanishka. 
It starts on the full moon the day after. Red Tent is a new moon circle of women.
Can't wait to share with you the wisdom of women gathering!
